Privacy Policy
The short version: we use your photos only to make the video you asked for, delete them within 7 days, never use them to train models and never show them on this site. This page explains the details for Raindance AI (raindanceaivideo.com).

What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Photos you upload to make a video, and the videos we generate for you.
- Purchase records: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Waitlist email: if you ask to be told when generation opens, we store that email to send you that message.
- Usage data: pages visited and buttons used, through Google Analytics, and basic request logs for security.
Before generation opens, photos you add in the tool stay in your browser and are not uploaded at all.
How we use it
- To make your video and deliver it to you
- To run your account, credits and purchases
- To answer support requests
- To prevent abuse, such as fake sign-ups or banned content
- To understand which pages and features people use
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos: deleted within 7 days of generation.
- Generated videos: kept for up to 30 days so you can download them again, then deleted.
- Account and purchase records: while your account exists, and longer where tax law requires.
- Waitlist emails: until we send the launch email, or on request.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, storage and bot protection (Turnstile)
- Our video generation providers: they receive the photo and template only to produce your video
- Stripe: payments
- Google: sign-in and Google Analytics
- Zoho: our support email
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted, by emailing support@raindanceaivideo.com.
- Block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
- Leave the waitlist by replying to any email we send.
Photos of other people and minors
Only upload photos of people who agreed to it. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. Raindance AI is not meant for anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Important changes are also sent by email to account holders.
