By using Raindance AI (raindanceaivideo.com) you agree to these terms. In short: only use photos you have permission to use, do not make videos that deceive or harm anyone, and remember the song is not included.

Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to make purchases where you live if you buy credits.
Your photos and consent
- Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to appear in the video. In Duo mode you confirm this before generating.
- Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, or of celebrities and public figures.
- You are responsible for the photos you upload and how you share the result.
What you may not create
- Sexual or nude content of anyone
- Videos meant to deceive, such as passing a video off as real footage of someone, or impersonating a real person
- Harassment, bullying, hate or threats
- Anything illegal where you live or where you post it
We may refuse a generation, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your videos
You may use the videos you make for personal and commercial posts, subject to the rights of the people in them. Videos are delivered without music; the song “Raindance” belongs to its rights holders and must be added through a licensed library such as TikTok’s or CapCut’s. Raindance AI is not affiliated with Dave, Tems or their labels.
Credits and payments
- Credits are used to generate videos. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Credits are reserved when a generation starts and returned automatically if it fails.
- Credits from one-time packs do not expire. A pack with no credits used can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; unused subscription credits do not roll over.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
Removal requests
If something on Raindance AI uses your likeness or your work without permission, email support@raindanceaivideo.com with the link and the reason. We act on removal requests within 24 hours.
No warranty
AI results vary. We work to keep the service running and the results good, but we provide it as is and cannot guarantee that every video will look exactly as you expect. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
